Projects & Experience

The Four Star Real Estate office started life as a residential duplex. Allcon demolished interior load bearing walls and stairs and re-framed to create an open floor plan. Perimeter walls were also re-framed to add more windows to let natural light fill the space. New finishes were installed through out, hardwood floor, brick veneer, granite counter tops, and full lite doors are among some of the few.

At the Zuni Street remodel, all of the walls between the living room / dining room and kitchen were removed to create an open floor plan. A sliding glass door was cut into the dining room wall to provide more light and access to the backyard. All of the finishes were demolished in the kitchen and bathrooms and replaced with more modern, updated tile, cabinets, and counter tops. The old windows were replaced with energy efficient windows, and a kitchen and separate entrance was added to the basement to make it a separate rent-able unit. The backyard was landscaped to create lots of usable space with minimal water requirements.

This four unit apartment building was completely renovated by Allcon Builders. The project included removing all the existing finishes, in some cases, down to the studs, and replacing them with new, more modern finishes. As it was a rental property, Allcon worked with the owner to provide and install budget conscious, and durable finishes that also updated the look of the entire building.

Reed Street Accessory Dwelling Unit and Addition

Reed Street is a ground up accessory workshop structure that included 550 square feet of footings / foundations and rough framing through finishes. The front elevation of the existing house was also reworked, adding a bumped out entry way with over framing of new gabled roofs and new larger windows and doors, of which all were taken to finishes.

9 Round Kickboxing Gym Tenant Improvement

Allcon provided and installed all the finishes for the 9 Round TI project, including flooring, grid ceiling, light fixtures, and hangmen to support the kickboxing bags.

Piranesi Apartments - Phase II

Piranesi Apartments were an addition to phase one, which was built in 2007. The project involved removing the entire existing East elevation of the building and tying into it with 19,000 square feet of parking and 32,000 square feet of living space, in 24 new units. This project was completed while the existing building was occupied by tenants. Completed with Alliance Construction
